If you're heading into production, you might need some special gear for your project. Check out the different rental companies, ranging from personal rentals to large corporation rentals. Pro tip: whatever company you choose to go through, be sure to do a test of the gear before the shoot, to make sure everything is in working order and batteries are fully charged so no time is wasted on set.

Film equipment rentals can be both expensive and tiring to coordinate, especially if you're picking up from different locations. One missing item can tilt the whole shoot on its axis, be prepared and make sure whoever is coordinating your gear rentals, pickup and drop offs (even if that's you) has a checklist so no stone goes unturned..or lens goes missing.
